The FDX-B PIT Tags (1.4mm x 8.5mm) are read-only transponders designed for simple, convenient, and secure animal identification. With dimensions of 1.4mm (D) x 8.5mm (L), these are the newest and smallest transponders currently available. They are approximately 25% of the volume and 27% of the weight of the 12mm transponders. They are encapsulated in biocompatible glass and ideal for Fish and Wildlife applications. UID provides high-quality FDX-B PIT Tags with a unique 128-bit ID to facilitate the animal identification process. The FDX-B protocol (134.2 kHz) ensures fast and secure reading capabilities using the URH 1HP-ISO Reader or other field readers. UID can also recommend the most appropriate reader for your specific needs or applications.
