How quickly do you respond?

I'm outside the US. Do I contact UID or my regional distributor?
If your country is served by one of our distributors, they're usually the fastest route — local stock, local language, local invoicing. See the distributors page for the current list. If you're in a country we don't have a distributor for, contact UID directly, and we'll work with you on shipping and support.
