Does it fit the URH-2?
No. This case is sized specifically for the URH 1-series body. The URH-2 has a different form factor and is not compatible with this case.

Why color options?
Practical reason: labs with multiple readers across rooms or workgroups use case color to keep readers from getting mixed up. If everyone's running black readers in a shared vivarium, it's not always obvious which one belongs where.
