Can CSI-360 fit inside a mobile veterinary vehicle?
Yes. UID can configure a locking cabinet and arm-mounted kiosk around the available installation space. Share the vehicle layout, the storage options and how staff interact with the controlled substances so the fit can be confirmed before ordering.

Does one mobile cabinet need to be connected to a clinic server?
A single cabinet can be deployed as a standalone CSI-360 system. If the practice also dispenses at a hospital or from several vehicles, ask UID about networking and available cloud options for the full deployment.

Can mobile and brick-and-mortar locations use the same approach?
Yes. CSI-360 can be configured for mixed deployments. The exact networking or cloud setup depends on the number of cabinets, locations, and connectivity available to the practice.

Does CSI-360 replace mobile controlled-substance transport and storage requirements?
No. The registered practice remains responsible for federal and state requirements, written procedures, transport, storage, physical inventories, receiving, waste, and loss reporting. CSI-360 supports the cabinet-side record with controlled access, measured transactions, and reports.

Can staff select patients from our PIMS?
Yes. CSI-360 reads patient records in from Shepherd, Vetspire, Digitail, and more, so staff can select the case at the cabinet, however this does require an active internet connection. If your practice uses another PIMS or works with intermittent connectivity, ask UID to confirm the integration and deployment path.
